Open Theatre worked alongside Birmingham Hippodrome, Imagineer Productions and Carefully Crafted Productions to create an interactive theatre production of ‘The Christmas Tale of Elaine Gale’ – a book written by Daniel Thompson.
The Christmas Tale of Elaine Gale is a 5000 (ish) word children’s Christmas poem, about 3 siblings who build an evil snow queen in their own front garden. Little do they know of the adventures that lie ahead in their plight to save Christmas from her evil plan to end the season once and for all!
This immersive Christmas show collaboration successfully culminated in 4 performances, including 3 schools, at the Patrick studios on 10th January 2020.
